Overview

MustKeebs is a custom mechanical keyboard service and product provider based in the U.S. We offer the Signature Build, Individual Custom Builds, and Team & Bulk Builds. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & Payments

All prices are in USD and subject to change. Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received. Once confirmed, an order enters the preparation phase and may no longer be eligible for cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided parts have not yet been allocated. After this window, all sales are final. To cancel, contact us at mustkeebs@gmail.com within the allowed period.

Returns & Refunds

Signature Build orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Individual Custom Builds and Team & Bulk Builds are final sale due to their made-to-order nature. Refunds or returns on custom orders are not offered unless there is a verified build quality or functionality issue, in which case we may offer repair or replacement at our discretion. Inspect your keyboard upon delivery and notify us within 7 days of any issues.

Warranty

All builds — Signature, Individual Custom, and Team & Bulk — include a 30-day workmanship warranty covering soldering defects and non-functional keys. This warranty does not cover customer damage, normal wear and tear, or third-party modifications. To file a claim, email mustkeebs@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. All orders include tracking, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. MustKeebs is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss. Please file claims directly with the carrier.

Use of the Website

You agree not to use our site for illegal or unauthorized purposes, and not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or harm others through your use of the site. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

All site content — including logos, product names, images, and written copy — is the property of MustKeebs. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

MustKeebs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
