MustKeebs is a custom mechanical keyboard service and product provider based in the U.S. We offer prebuilt keyboards, custom build services, and related accessories. These Terms govern your use of our website and your purchases from our store.

2. Orders & Payments
  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
  • Once your order is confirmed, it enters the preparation phase and may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before parts have been allocated to your build.
  • After this period, all sales are considered final, and cancellations are not permitted.
  • To cancel an order within the allowed window, contact us at mustkeebs@gmail.com.
4. Returns & Refunds
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless there is a verified issue with build quality or functionality, in which case we may offer repair or replacement at our discretion.
  • Please inspect your keyboard upon delivery and notify us within 7 days of any issues.
5. Warranty
  • All builds come with a 30-day workmanship warranty covering issues like soldering defects or non-functional keys.
  • This warranty does not cover customer damage, normal wear and tear, or third-party modifications.
  • To request a warranty claim, email mustkeebs@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.
6. Shipping
  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • All items are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.
  • MustKeebs is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during shipping. Please file claims with the carrier if needed.
7. Use of the Website
  • You agree not to use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or use our site in a way that could harm others.
  • We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
8. Intellectual Property

All content on our site — including logos, product names, images, and written content — is the property of MustKeebs. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

MustKeebs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
