Order & Build Policy
Signature Build (Ready-Made)
Each Signature Build is prepared to order based on our current configurations and available components. Once payment is confirmed, we begin sourcing and assembling your build. Typical turnaround is 7–14 business days, though delays can occur due to part availability and supplier shipping times. If your order is delayed, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Individual Custom Builds
Each keyboard is built to your exact specifications. Once payment is confirmed, we begin sourcing components — often from multiple suppliers — so part of the build time includes waiting for parts to arrive at our facility. Typical turnaround is 7–14 business days. We'll update you at key milestones, including when parts arrive and your build begins.
Team & Bulk Builds
Same process as Individual Custom Builds, with a longer turnaround of 14–18 business days to account for higher volume and coordination across multiple units.

Returns & Cancellations
Signature Build
If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The keyboard must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. To initiate a return, email mustkeebs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, preparation may have already begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
Individual Custom Builds & Team & Bulk Builds
Because each keyboard is made to order, all sales are final once the order enters the preparation phase. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel within this window, email mustkeebs@gmail.com with your order number.
Warranty & Repairs
All builds include a 30-day workmanship warranty covering issues such as loose solder joints, non-functional keys, and assembly defects. If you experience any covered issue, reach out and we'll make it right.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by the customer (spills, drops, unauthorized modifications)
- Normal wear and tear (keycap fading, lube breakdown)
- Issues caused by customer-supplied parts, if applicable
Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only. All orders are shipped via tracked carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Tracking details will be sent once your order ships. MustKeebs is not responsible for delays or damage caused during transit — if your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout
- Review your build request carefully before submitting (Individual Custom Builds & Team & Bulk Builds only)
- For customer-supplied part builds, package items securely and include a complete parts list

How We Protect Your Information
We use SSL encryption, secure third-party payment processing (Stripe), and limit internal access to customer data. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

We may use cookies or tools like Google Analytics to understand site traffic and improve content. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party tools for payments, shipping, and forms. These services access only the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
